Terms and Conditions – Sneddens Airocean Services Ltd

• I/We understand that credit is granted for payment by 20th month following date of transaction.
• I/We agree to settle all accounts in full before or by this date.
• I/We understand that all collectable GST / Duty on import shipments is payable immediately
• I/We understand any freight disbursements over $800.00 will be paid immediately.
• I/We understand that Sneddens Airocean Services Ltd may charge interest on the amount outstanding at the rate of 2% per calendar month and I/We undertake to indemnify Sneddens Airocean Services Ltd and will pay all costs plus any legal costs that may be incurred by Sneddens Airocean Services Ltd in the course of recovering overdue monies from me/us.
• Under the terms of the Privacy Act 1993, I/We authorize any person or business organization to provide Sneddens Airocean Services Ltd with such information as they require in response to their credit inquiries.
• I/We authorize Sneddens Airocean Services Ltd to furnish any third party details of this application and any subsequent dealings that I/we may have with Sneddens Airocean Services Ltd as a result of an application being actioned by Sneddens Airocean Services Ltd.
